Donglin Wu entered Renmin University of China Law School with the first place in the postgraduate examination in 2015 and obtained a master degree in intellectual property law. In 2016, He entered University of Washington School of Law to study the US patent law and trade secrets law.
Mr. Wu is mainly engaged in intellectual property disputes, has systematic, comprehensive and in-depth research on Chinese intellectual property laws, and has a certain understanding of US intellectual property laws. The intellectual property disputes he participated in included trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, anti-unfair competition and anti-trust. In addition, he specializes in providing legal services to clients in non-litigation IP projects, including corporate intellectual property management, intellectual property due diligence, intellectual property consulting, and rights protection. Mr. Wu's clients are in fields of semiconductor, communications, chemistry, energy, security, entertainment and e-commerce.
