Profile

Jie Li started her career as a lawyer in 2013. Since then, she has been mainly engaged in patent invalidation, patent administrative appeals, patent infringement and other dispute resolution matters.


Jie Li represented many multinational corporations and large domestic enterprises in several complex patent cases. During her practice, she handled more than 100 patent invalidation cases, administrative litigation cases and civil infringement cases as the lead lawyer, and provided legal services such as patent search analysis, patent validity analysis, patent infringement analysis and FTO analysis for many domestic and foreign clients.


The cases cover a wide range of technical fields, including peritoneal dialysate, packing material, hepatitis B drugs, anti-cancer targeted drugs, tire-build machine, security-check device, catalyst, dyestuff, food additive, mobile phone, vacuum cleaner, container, cartridge, etc.


Before joining Saelink Law, Jie has worked at LexField Law Offices and Zhonglun W&D Law Firm.
