Sophia Qin graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2017 with a bachelor degree in civil and commercial law，and acquire her LL.M degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018.

Sophia Qin practices in litigation, administrative procedures, compliance review, and dispute resolution in the field of patent, copyright, competition law and sports law. Sophia Qin has participated in handling patent dispute cases of many high-tech companies, including patent infringement litigation and administrative procedures, patent invalidation proceeding and administrative litigation as well as settlement of patent infringement disputes.

Besides, Sophia Qin has also participated in handling disputes of competition law many times, including the abuse of dominant market position and administrative monopoly investigation procedures formulated by the Anti-monopoly Bureau of the General Administration of Market Supervision and Administration, abuse of dominant market position and anti-monopoly litigation cases as well as commercial defamation and unfair competition cases.

Sophia Qin also assisted in handling the compliance affairs of hosting international sports events, and participated in various compliance examinations of patent technology license agreement and business negotiation of large domestic steel enterprises. In addition, Sophia Qin was also involved in assisting clients of overseas high-tech companies in intellectual property protection affairs in China, including patent licensing and infringement prevention, trade secret and trademark protection.
