Mr. Wenxuan Chen Accept by ICC Working Group on Patents and Trade Secrets

Recently, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Global Commission on Intellectual Property accepted our lawyer, Mr. Wenxuan Chen, to join the ICC Working Group on Patents and Trade Secrets. Henceforth, Mr. Chen will volunteer his expertise to ICC community and contribute to policy development and rule optimization in International Patent Law and Trade Secret Law.


Founded in 1919 and headquartered in Paris, the ICC is the world's foremost private international economic organization. The ICC Global Commission on Intellectual Property comprises more than 450 business and legal representatives from more than 60 countries. It mainly studies important intellectual property issues faced by the global business community, and presents policy recommendations to intergovernmental international organizations on behalf of the business community. The "ICC Intellectual Property Guide" and other policy documents are used to improve enterprises' awareness of intellectual property protection, aiming to promote the global business community to better use the intellectual property system.
