Richard has more than 12 years’ experience of litigating intellectual property disputes in China. He has successfully handled many complex and high-stake intellectual property cases, wherein two cases were selected as top 10 IP cases and four cases were selected as 50 exampere cases by the Supreme People’s Court in China.
Donglin Wu entered Renmin University of China Law School with the first place in the postgraduate examination in 2015 and obtained a master degree in intellectual property law. In 2016, He entered University of Washington School of Law to study the US patent law and trade secrets law.

Feifei Feng is an experienced litigator with a focus on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters in China. Her areas of practice include trade secret, patent, antitrust and unfair competition, copyright, trademark, data privacy and protection, and complex commercial disputes. She also is experienced in commercial IP matters and technology transactions.
Nan Li formerly served as a director in multiple departments in State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) for more than 10 years, and was appointed as one of the first batch of technical experts of the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office, as well as one of the first batch of People's Jurors (Expert Juror) of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court.
Carol entered Peking University Law School in 2006 with the second place in the Shandong provincial university entrance examination and acquired her bachelor degree in law and a master degree in intellectual property law from Peking University. Carol also attended exchange programs for intellectual property law at Stanford Law School in 2011.

Sophia Qin graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2017 with a bachelor degree in civil and commercial law，and acquire her LL.M degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018.
Mr.Zhang has a deep technical background and he has practiced for more than 13 years in patent-related areas including but not limited to robotics, automation, semiconductor, electrical circuits, mechatronics, medical equipment and high-end manufacturing. He once worked with the Patent Examination Cooperation Beijing Center of CNIPA (PECC) and King & Wood Mallesons Law Firm before joining in Saelink.
