Mr. Yunchuan(“YC”) Zhou, having been an IP judge for 14 years, has deep understanding of China's intellectual property law and practice and also has a reputation for formulating creative, reliable and effective legal strategies. He focuses on litigation of patent, trade secrets, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, antitrust, technology contracts and other commercial disputes.
Donglin Wu entered Renmin University of China Law School with the first place in the postgraduate examination in 2015 and obtained a master degree in intellectual property law. In 2016, He entered University of Washington School of Law to study the US patent law and trade secrets law.
As one of the youngest Standing Fellow of China Intellectual Property Society, Dr. Wenxuan Chen has triple work experience as prestigious judge, senior legal counsel and lawyer. He has extensive practical experience across different industries, businesses, laws and regions.
Feifei Feng is an experienced litigator with a focus on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters in China. Her areas of practice include trade secret, patent, antitrust and unfair competition, copyright, trademark, data privacy and protection, and complex commercial disputes. She also is experienced in commercial IP matters and technology transactions.
Sophia Qin graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2017 with a bachelor degree in civil and commercial law，and acquire her LL.M degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018.
Zhilin Zhou graduated from Renmin University of China in 2019, and obtained a master degree in intellectual property law. In 2018, She entered University of Bergen to study the European Competition law.
