On 25 November 2023, Dr. Wenxuan Chen (Dr. Chen) was invited by the Sino-Danish College (SDC) of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) to attend China’s Innovation Circles and Academy （CICALICS 2023）, where he shared with the audience the latest trends in the protection of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Dr. Chen proposed that, in the context of "No Data, No Intelligence", there is an urgent need to strengthen the rights and protection of Industrial Big Data, and called for the provision of all-round protection for general and vertical AI LLM by way of perfecting the legislation.

During the roundtable discussion, Dr. Chen had in-depth talks with Chinese and foreign scholars on extensive issues including compliance of AI LLM, pricing of data, the nature of data rights, etc.
